Let me weep for You once again.
Let my tears roll and cascade,
To fall delirious in honour of Your splendour,
And stand at the feet of Your Mercy,
gazing into the distant clouds
Which shroud its true height.
Make me among the winged company,
That I may glorify You through mere existence,
My living and dying is in Your absolute service.
To me, there is no objective, no figment of reality,
But You.
Enter my heart of cold stone, and pass upon the rocks
The waters of Love which flow from my eyes.
And free my mind of its iron-clad shackles,
Weighed down by the world’s fleeting nature,
Let it reconvene with the stars.
Embrace me with Your silken touch,
a cooling hand upon my fevered brow,
And help me to love only a fraction
Of the way You have loved me.
Lord of the Worlds, Bearer of my soul,
Unconditional, Perpetual and Never Setting.
Boundless, Timeless, Endless.
I have grown tired of running, collapsed to my knees,
I have died and returned to face You.
To weep once again.
